Trying a new restaurant can be really exciting. For my birthday, I tried a new restaurant that served one of my favorite dishes, spaghetti alle vongole. The base was a bit rich, but the seafood was fresh. My takeaway is that simple fresh flavors of the sea are my preference with a hint of wine. The dish made me miss Italy and the Mediterranean lifestyle. This year, I hope to resume traveling in search of some wonderful experiences.
